1. Information We Collect

Account & contact: name, email, phone number.
Delivery details: address, landmark, voice notes for delivery instructions, optional location coordinates.
Order details: items ordered, amounts, schedule, notes.
Payment metadata: we do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank credentials. All payments are processed by Razorpay; we only retain a transaction reference, status, amount and mode.
Technical: basic device, browser and log data needed to operate the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

To accept, prepare and deliver your orders.
To send order confirmations, delivery updates and receipts via email and WhatsApp.
To process payments through Razorpay and verify them.
To improve our menu, service and customer experience.
To comply with applicable food-safety, tax and payment laws.

3. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Payment-card and UPI data is collected directly by Razorpay under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS compliance. We never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We share only the minimum data needed with:

Razorpay — for payment processing.
Delivery partners — name, phone, address.
Email and WhatsApp providers — for transactional messages.
Aggregator platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) when you order through them — governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain order, payment and contact records as long as needed to fulfil orders, support customers and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

6. Your Choices

Update your name, phone, addresses and delivery preferences from your account page.
Request deletion of your account by contacting us — order and payment records required by law will be retained.
Opt out of non-transactional messages at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level access controls and secret management. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data against unauthorised access.
