1. No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, credits or chargebacks of any kind will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, taste preference, late delivery, partial consumption, or any subjective dissatisfaction with the product.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of the ordering channel: our website, Zomato, Swiggy, WhatsApp, phone, or any other present or future online or offline partner. Promotions, discounts, launch offers, wallet credits and combo deals are all governed by the same no-refund policy.

2. Payments & Razorpay

Razorpay is our premier payment partner. All online payments on this website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We adhere to all applicable laws, guidelines and issuances published by Razorpay and by the Reserve Bank of India regarding online payments, PCI-DSS compliance, refunds and dispute resolution.

Successful payment confirmation from Razorpay is final and binding. Any payment-method-level dispute (failed transactions, double-debit, etc.) is handled strictly per Razorpay's prevailing policies and timelines, and will not be treated as an order-level refund.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are strictly as mentioned at the time of placing the order. By proceeding to pay, you confirm that the displayed timeline is acceptable to you. Subsequent disputes regarding delivery time will not be considered, as you have accepted these Terms and authorised payment with full knowledge of the timeline.

4. Acceptance at Checkout

Tapping “Accept & Pay” at checkout constitutes your binding agreement to these Terms & Conditions and our no-refund policy.
